CURRICULUM NIGHT / MEET THE TEACHERS

Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, September 25th, we will be holding our Curriculum Night right after the Annual General Assembly Meeting. The Annual General Assembly meeting will be held in the gymnasium from 6:00-6:45 p.m. The purpose of the Annual General Assembly is to form a Governing Board through the election of parent representatives. Please find the attached form with detailed information for our Annual General Meeting. More information can be found on our Website.
The purpose of curriculum night is to meet your child’s teachers and receive information on the curriculum content of the various academic subjects and the means of evaluation that will be used during the school year. Your child(ren) should not accompany you on this night. Parents can proceed to visit their child’s homeroom teacher during two scheduled time periods:
- First Session: 6:50-7:30 p.m.
- Second Session: 7:35-8:15 p.m.
*Our specialists who are responsible for teaching subjects such as French and Science will be stationed in the Library for you to meet with them. Physical Education and Drama specialists will be stationed in Room 16. Teachers and other support staff cannot discuss the individual needs of your children. In other words, this is not an occasion for you to inquire about your child’s progress. Should you have questions of this type, you must communicate with your child’s teacher either through the agenda or by email. We look forward to seeing you.
